A. Account data

When you create and use an account, we collect:

• email address, username, and account identifiers;
• authentication and security metadata (e.g., login timestamps, token metadata, password reset events);
• subscription status and plan information (we do not store full payment card details; payments are handled by our payment processor).

B. Content and app data you provide

We collect the data you enter or generate in the Service, such as:

• team names, player names, match records, stats, notes, tags, and exports you create.

C. Screenshots and uploads (including Discord ingestion if enabled)

If you upload images/screenshots for OCR (or enable ingestion via Discord), we collect and process:

• uploaded images and related metadata (e.g., filename, upload time);
• derived outputs such as extracted text, structured stats, and confidence signals.

D. Technical and usage data (logs)

To operate and secure the Service, we collect basic technical data such as:

• IP address, device/browser type, OS version, language, and approximate region (derived from IP);
• server logs and security logs (e.g., suspected abuse, rate-limit triggers);
• error logs and performance diagnostics (e.g., crash reports, latency and reliability metrics).

• run OCR and transform uploads into extracted text/statistics;
• generate dashboards, exports, and outputs you request;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests.

B. Secure and maintain the Service

• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
• monitor reliability and troubleshoot issues;
• enforce our Terms and protect the integrity of the Service.

C. Improve the Service

• understand feature performance and reliability;
• improve workflows, usability, and extraction accuracy.

D. Legal and compliance

• comply with applicable laws and lawful requests;
• respond to takedown / IP notices and enforce our policies.

A. Service providers (processors)

We share data with vendors that help us operate the Service (for example: hosting/storage, email delivery, customer support tooling, and payment processing). These providers are authorized to process data only to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.

B. Legal requirements and protection

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful requests;
• protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service, our users, or the public;
• investigate and defend against claims.

C. Business changes

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

D. With your direction

If you enable integrations (such as Discord ingestion) or use features that explicitly share content, we will process and disclose data as needed to provide that functionality.

A. Purpose limitation

Uploaded screenshots are used to:

• extract text/statistics via OCR and related processing; and
• optionally display a reference image within your account so you can verify extracted results.

We do not publicly display your uploaded screenshots by default.

B. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• provide the Service and the features you request;
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and resolve technical issues; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Where feasible, we may delete screenshots after processing and retain only derived outputs and metadata (e.g., extracted text/statistics and confidence signals).

C. Deletion behavior and backups

If you delete a record inside the app, we will remove the associated data from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to technical constraints. Copies of data may persist for a limited time in backups or logs and may be retained longer if required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
